More consistent data output

Detailed description
We need to output data in a more consistent and concise way. Per the OpenSim meeting on 4/5/10, we discussed the idea of outputing an Excel workbook file with joint angles, joint speeds, muscle activation, and fiber lengths (or maybe as separate files). Additionally, we discussed the idea of being consistent with the units for angles in the output files (i.e., always use radians or degrees, but not both). -Sam Hamner
